Its a real life matter. A land was bought before four years at a rate of Rs.6,000 for a cent. Can you imagine what is the rate of the very same land now (after four years of purchasing)? It is minimum Rs.60,000 for a cent. We have earned Rs.54,000 in four years if we had invested Rs.6,000. Its really a Good deal. We simply earned Rs.13,500 in a single year with no other work from us. I’m sure that no bank will give such an interest. Also, the investment that we do on land is safe. People will say about share markets. But there is no guarantee that we’ll not come out with a loss. But in case of lands, any one can give a guarantee that there won’t be loss. The gain may differ depending on the geographical positions and the services available nearby.
